Outline of my Irish roadtrip :)

We spent about 3 nights @ Cork. Then drive down to Blarney castle to kiss the rock of elocution ( screw how i spell it) and yes, i had my first kiss with a rock. whopee dee doo...how awesome :P
Afterwards, we drove down to Bantry because a. we were kinda lost despite having the gps in the car b. we needed internet since some people just have to camp. blah.
Then off to Dingle bay and i think we ended up at Castle Island at the end of our first day on the road. this is only after our failed attempt to set up camp against the strong, cold winds at an abandoned caravan park in a secluded place near the beach. whopee dee doo heee..for more info, please check out my multiply page.
Can you imagine how far that is? To drive down in a day with one or two stops only, from Cork to Castle island near Tralee? Felix is one patient and fast driver esp. since we are not familiar with the Irish highway yet. Thank God, the next day, we decided to miss out going thru Limerick by getting a ferry across to Shannon directly. Tbh, I would love to go to Limerick. Just because i think Frank McCourt mentioned that place in his books and Limerick reminds me of limerick, which is a kind of poetry form which is like a sing-song.Look it up, if whatever i said, interests you. or not. :p
I so will try to get another map of this beautiful island. I love Ireland.
